Carrot Fry
Ingredients:
carrots : 1/2 kg
Moong dal : 100grms
green chilli : 5
Garlic cloves : 5 or 6
Jeera : 1/2 spoon
Musturd seeds : 1/2 spoon
Oil : 2 spoons
salt : as per taste
Lemon Juice : 1/2 spoon
Prepartion:
Grate the Carrot , keep aside. Soak Moong Dal for an half hour. Take the Frying pan , put the oil in the pan , let it warm on low flame, add Jeera , Musturd seeds to the oil , let them fry,and add green chilli & garlic cloves , fry for a minute .
Now add the Moong Dal , fry until it turns golden color .Finally add Grated Carrot fry for 10 min on very low flame,add the salt and mix it well . sprinkle the lemon juice and take out pan from the flame ..Garnish with Coriander leaves ,.
serve with rice or Chapati.....Tasty and Healthy......
