Sabudana kitchidi

Ingredients:
Sabudana:1 cup
Ground nutS:1/2 cup
Green chilli: 3
Chana Dal:1tbsp
Jeera:1 tbsp
Musturd seeds: 1/2 tbsp
Oil:2 tbsp
Turmeric Powder: pinch
Curry leaves
Coriande leaves
Salt
Preparation:
Sprinkle water on sabudana and soak them for a night in a covered bowl.
pour oil in a pan and heat it on low flame.add Jeera and musturd seeds and fry until it splits.
Add chana dal , green chillies and fry for a minute.
Add turmeric powder and stir it. Now add sabudana and cook for 5 minutes on low flame.
Add ground nut powder and salt as per taste, fry for 2 minutes. Finally garnish with Corainder and curry leaves.
Suitable as sanck or breakfast.
